Learning Objectives
This is a conversation, not a form. Talk it through and write your own wording as we go.
How this works: the coach asks what you want learners doing differently after training, helps you shape that into a real objective, then you write the actual wording yourself. It won't write objectives for you, but it will tell you exactly what to fix.

Content Outline
This is where content maps usually come in thin, so pick the path that matches where you're at.
Path A Find content on the web

You're building on a topic you need to research.

Path B You already have the content

You have a source deck or document to map and trim.

Path C It's all in your head

You know the topic but haven't organized it.

Assessment Questions
You need at least one question per terminal objective and at least 4 total (4 to 5 is the target). The coach walks you through the stem and scenario, the answer choices, and the feedback, one question at a time.
Loose guideline, not a rule: one topic per objective, one question per objective is the easiest way to think about it, but you don't have to be exact. You can have two questions on one objective and one on another, as long as every objective gets at least one.

When your template is complete Run it through the Content Map Reviewer

The Reviewer reads your finished Google Doc, gives you section-by-section feedback, and issues your Completion Certificate when it passes the Final Check. You submit that certificate with your Rise sample.
